Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply without exception to all business dealings with REMER INMOBILIARIA. The following GTC have become the basis of the brokerage contract. The Customer has acknowledged the inclusion of these GTC in the brokerage contract and confirms that a copy of these GTC has been handed over to him or that he has been made aware of the possibility of viewing these GTC here via the Internet at http://www.nr-inmobiliaria.com/agb/.

§1- The company REMER INMOBILIARIA brokers the opportunity to conclude contracts (e.g. purchase and rental contracts) of residential and commercial buildings, developed and undeveloped plots and areas, flats, shops, offices, commercial and production halls, etc. The client of REMER INMOBILIARIA does not pay any brokerage commission, if applicable. The owners of the properties undertake to pay a brokerage commission of up to 6% of the purchase price plus statutory value added tax upon conclusion of a contract brokered by REMER INMOBILIARIA (e.g. purchase contract, rental contract, lease contract, contract of use, participation contract, etc.) as specified in more detail in the brokerage contract, in the exposé or within another agreement.

§2- The offers of REMER INMOBILIARIA are subject to change and non-binding. Errors and prior sale/rental are reserved. The property-related details, dimensions and price quotations are based on information provided by the Client or other persons authorised to provide information. We cannot assume any guarantee or liability for the correctness and completeness of this information. REMER INMOBILIARIA is not obliged to check the information it receives from third parties. REMER INMOBILIARIA Immobilien is not liable for the creditworthiness of the brokered contracting party. Furthermore, no guarantee can be given for the quality of the property.

§3- The Customer undertakes to provide all information and data required for the execution of an order completely and correctly.

§4- Our communications and documents are confidential information and therefore only intended for the recipient personally. They may only be passed on to third parties with the prior consent of REMER INMOBILIARIA.

§5- Spanish law is applicable to the contractual relationship.

§6- Should one or more of the above provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The loophole thus created shall be closed by law.
